Every answer descends through a fixed sequence of checks. No ring can be skipped, and no ring can be reordered at runtime.

The request carries its own record as it falls. What each ring decided is written down before the next one begins.

The answer that reaches you has passed every ring. If it could not, you are told that instead — never given a guess dressed as an answer.

Platinum is the structural grade: it describes the shape a governed answer must take before anything is said at all.
