The mean that cannot be fooled
A harmonic mean, so one strong axis cannot carry a weak one. Scoring high on mercy does not buy permission to score low on equity.
An absent score is not a zero
If a check could not run, the result is a refusal — never a default value quietly standing in for a measurement nobody took.
Red is the measurement grade: it describes how a judgement is calculated, and what happens when it cannot be.
